International School of Denver (ISDenver) seeks a dynamic instructional leader to supervise curriculum and teacher growth for the Primary School. You will oversee the PYP alignment across Grades 1–5, collaborate with the IB Coordinator, and champion 21st‑century teaching practices in a bilingual environment.

You will also lead staff development, student life initiatives, and behavior strategies while partnering with families to support diverse learners and families in a globally minded community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or international equivalent.
• English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills (Level B2 required, C1+ preferred).
• Demonstrable experience as an instructional leader, trainer, or mentor for primary‑aged students.
• Experience working with neurodivergent learners in mainstream classrooms and knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluation of learning and teaching within the Primary School.
• Coordinate with the IB Coordinator to manage course guides and curriculum statements and ensure alignment of the PYP across Grades 1–5.
• Develop the Primary School’s yearly schedule and calendar with division Heads and counselors.
• Lead and support assemblies and student life programs, and oversee behavior and social‑emotional learning.
• Recruit, hire, and retain outstanding bilingual, international education educators and support staff.
