Job summary

St. George’s Episcopal School in New Orleans seeks a compassionate, experienced Director of Enrollment Management to lead admissions, retention, re-enrollment and financial aid.

This 12-month, full-time role reports to the Head of School and guides data-informed enrollment strategies aligned with the school's mission. The director oversees the admissions team and partners with senior leadership and trustees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred.
• Seven or more years in admission/enrollment management.
• Strong data fluency and reporting skills.
• Experience with financial aid processes and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead data-informed enrollment strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, admissions, retention and re-enrollment.
• Manage financial aid awards and related transparency.
• Lead enrollment team and coordinate with leadership.
• Collaborate on marketing and communications for enrollment.
