Job summary

Merryhill School is seeking a passionate Enrollment Director for their Independent K-12 Schools to lead student recruitment and retention efforts. This role involves strategic initiatives to foster student enrollment while partnering with school leadership to align on growth strategies.

In this leadership position, you will manage the enrollment funnel, oversee marketing efforts, and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability.
• Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment KPIs.
• Partner closely with school leadership and operational leadership to drive enrollment funnel conversations.
• Create accurate enrollment projections by analyzing data and monitoring trends.
• Manage the campus-based marketing and communications.
• Ensure that administrative activities are completed in accordance with prescribed SOPs.
