Job summary

Gig Harbor Academy seeks a full-time Director of Admissions and Advancement to lead enrollment and fundraising efforts. Starting July 1, 2026, this in-person role reports to the Head of School and collaborates with a small administrative team and 30+ faculty.

The position combines relationship-building with strategic planning across admissions, communications, events, donor relations, and annual giving to support the school's mission for approximately 160 students from Preschool through 5th

Qualifications

• Outgoing, relationship-oriented professional with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in enrollment management or school admissions preferred.
• Ability to work year-round, in-person, with a collaborative administrative team.
• Strong fundraising knowledge including annual giving and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment and secure funding to support the school's mission.
• Manage the student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment and lead fundraising initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment goals and coordinate events.
• Oversee communications, branding, donor relations, and major fundraising campaigns.
