Job summary

The Arts and College Preparatory Academy in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Director of Strategic Advancement to lead enrollment planning, marketing, fundraising, alumni relations, and external partnerships. This role will build and optimize systems, calendars, and workflows to advance the academy’s mission and ensure long-term sustainability.

You will work with the Superintendent, Principal, Board, families, and community partners to connect people, programs, and resources, expanding opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 4 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment, recruitment, retention planning and analytics to grow student body.
• Oversee marketing, communications, and branding to tell the school story and engage stakeholders.
• Manage fundraising, donor relations, grants, and partnership development to support sustainability.
• Develop and implement systems, calendars, workflows, and performance metrics across advancement functions.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, Principal, Board, and community partners to align priorities.
