Job summary

St. Therese Catholic Academy in Seattle seeks an Advancement Director for a part-time role (20 hrs/week) with a pathway to full-time. You will manage fundraising, admissions, communications, and database tasks, coordinating with school leadership and the parish to advance STCA’s mission.

The role includes leading major fundraisers, maintaining donor records (Little Green Light), and producing monthly reports. Open to renewal with mutual agreement for the 26-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years’ fundraising or school development experience.
• Ability to work in a racially and economically diverse, faith-centered community.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute major fundraising events (Annual Fund, Jog-a-Thon, School Auction).
• Oversee marketing and communications for fundraising and admissions activities.
• Manage admissions calendar, tours, interviews, and reporting.
• Maintain donor and admission databases with accurate data entry; generate reports.
