Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership in engineering/manufacturing/welding.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience.
US citizenship and ability to pass background check for security clearance.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional engineering functions in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
Lead and develop the Engineering Services team and KPI metrics.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and technology adoption.
Oversee design for manufacturability, additive manufacturing, welding, and testing.
Coordinate sub-contract testing and ensure on-time shipment.
Ensure compliance with Cogitic's Quality Management System and safety policies.
