Job summary

Springs Fabrication Master in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex technical projects in a job shop manufacturing setting. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will collaborate with production, purchasing, scheduling, quality control and engineering teams, review contracts and drawings, and communicate status to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1–3 years related experience.
• PMP or PgMP credential is a plus.
• Experience managing complex or technical projects.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign, and manage project completion processes to meet contracted requirements and schedules.
• Manage customer expectations and lead assigned personnel to meet project goals.
• Establish work plans and identify required resources to support project goals.
• Review purchase orders, quotations, and scope of work to understand commitments and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation per quality program requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, scheduling, quality control and engineering.
• Direct project resources to progress on schedule and within budget; drive cost control measures.
• Prepare and review status reports for management and clients; adjust schedules as needed.
