Job summary

Sandis in Campbell, CA is seeking a Recruiter to attract, source, screen, and interview candidates while partnering with hiring managers and HR. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, craft compelling postings, and build a strong talent network to fill roles across engineering and consulting domains.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and hands-on experience with ATS (ADP Workforce Now) and major job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, interviewing candidates at all levels, preferably in engineering/consulting.
• Proficiency with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS like ADP Workforce Now.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new and existing recruiting channels and optimize postings.
• Post and maintain job advertisements; monitor applicant sources and coordinate outreach.
• Work with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements and preferences.
• Draft compelling postings to attract top talent.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various levels/functions.
• Sources passive and active candidates through effective channels.
• Manage recruitment process and lifecycle including intake, screening, interviews, feedback, and coordination with HR.
• Develop and maintain a strong recruiting network via industry contacts and social media.
• Provide recruitment counsel and data-driven guidance for hiring managers and HR.
• Maintain applicant tracking system through selection phase.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
