Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking an Engagement Program Lead to own how we bring people together with end-to-end event logistics, vendor governance, and budget stewardship. You’ll scale our offsite program, develop an AI-friendly toolkit, and partner across People & Culture to create meaningful in-person experiences.

The role sits within a remote-first culture with a NYC office and coworking stipends, requiring 10–20% travel for on-site events and regional gatherings.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in event program management or related operations.
• Owned a multi-day offsite or large company event end to end for 300+ people, including budget.
• Vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
• Real budget ownership and spend reconciliation with Finance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; handle confidential information.
• AI fluency; use of AI tools to reduce manual work.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace).
• Willingness to travel (~10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for annual company offsite and department gatherings.
• Build and maintain Offsite-in-a-Box toolkit with templates, vendors, and budget tools.
• Run budget approvals and calendar coordination for People & Culture initiatives.
• Track participation, engagement, and post-event feedback; report quarterly.
• Turn ideas into events in partnership with Inclusion & Belonging Council.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure data privacy and security.
