Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and data analysis.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and evaluation (Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engagement delivery teams across varied industries.
• Coordinate client, third-party and team communications for deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Escalate decisions and manage work plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Organize workloads and report challenges to leadership.
• Perform QA reviews and communicate findings to clients and management.
• Analyze large data sets to derive actionable recommendations.
• Supervise junior staff and coordinate contractors and vendors.
• Oversee engagement administration including budgeting, invoicing, time tracking, and contracts.
• Track KPIs on engagement health, performance, and resource use.
