Job summary

Indelible Solutions (Indelible) is seeking a Manager to lead engagement delivery teams, oversee milestones, and manage client relationships. The role involves evaluating team performance and supervising budgets, invoicing, and resource allocation across diverse engagements.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, MS Office proficiency, and a track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes while mentoring junior staff. Expect travel and frequent client contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, health and human services, communications, IT, or related fields.
• PM-related certifications such as PMP, CIA, CPA, or CISA preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills with data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and build skills to serve clients of all sizes.
• Act as liaison between client teams, third parties, and engagement members.
• Drive progress against milestones and delegate tasks for timely, quality delivery.
• Escalate engagement decisions, including work plan, timeline, and project management.
• Organize workloads and keep leadership informed of challenges and status.
• Flag issues to clients and stakeholders to enable remediation recommendations.
• Perform quality control reviews and communicate findings to clients and management.
• Analyze large data sets and provide informed conclusions and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor team members and coordinate contractors and vendors.
• Lead engagement administration tasks: opportunity management, budgeting, invoicing, time tracking, contracts, etc.
• Track and report KPIs related to engagement health and performance.
• Contribute to resource and career development and other admin items.
• Identify opportunities and lead proposal development and go-to-market activities.
• Train team on proposals and ensure brand readiness for leadership review.
• Maintain memberships to develop relationships for leadership review.
• Contribute to thought leadership.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel may be 50% or more.
• Background screenings may be required by clients.
