Job summary

Indelible Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate to support engagement delivery teams, develop the approach for driving progress on project milestones, and help ensure timely submission of deliverables. You will evaluate performance and mentor peers while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires juggling multiple tasks across engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to market research and proposal development. Travel is expected; background screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health and human services, communications, IT, or related fields is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other industry-recognized certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement delivery teams with executing engagement-specific objectives.
• Plan and organize workload and keep the Engagement Manager informed of status and activities.
• Drive progress against project milestones to ensure timely and quality delivery of engagement deliverables.
• Mentor Junior Associates and Associates on engagements and provide contractor and vendor coordination/oversight.
• Lead market research, proposal development, and opportunity responses with tailored client messaging.
