Job summary

Metaview is seeking an Engagement Manager to guide strategic adoption of AI in clients' hiring workflows, translating vision into measurable outcomes.

You will partner across Customers, Product, and Sales to orchestrate change management, expansion, and retention, driving long-term value for diverse world-class customers.

This remote role, initially based in NYC, offers high compensation and equity, with a path to hybrid work as you scale AI-driven outcomes and outcomes-focused collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, customer-facing, or strategy roles.
• Proven ability to engage across levels - influencing executives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinker; comfortable data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in change management and guiding customers through transformation.
• A natural communicator: distill complexity for 1:1 or executive workshops.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by experimentation.
• Deep alignment with brand: intelligent, low-BS, authentic, customer-obsessed.
• This will initially be a remote role based out of NYC with a view to going hybrid in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive AI-enabled outcomes.
• Guide organizations through change management, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Drive revenue outcomes by maximizing retention and expanding accounts.
• Synthesize field insights to shape Engagement methodology and influence product/sales strategies.
• Serve as an AI thought partner: run workshops and elevate Metaview’s role.
• Identify risks and opportunities in accounts using data and conversations.
