Job summary

Toffler Associates seeks an Engagement Lead to own the delivery of complex client work across DoW mission environments. You will guide teams, manage engagement economics, and strengthen client relationships from kickoff to close.

Expect to lead multiple workstreams, communicate with senior clients, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a hybrid schedule in the Washington, DC metro area. A Bachelor's degree and active Top-Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience, including executive-level client engagement and leadership of teams.
• Ability to turn strategy into a practical workplan and move work across functions and levels of an organization.
• Willingness to reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and engage in hybrid work; U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the work: Lead complex engagements from kickoff through close with clear outcomes and high-quality deliverables.
• Make sense of the problem: Turn ambiguous questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, analyses, decisions, and next steps.
• Lead the team: Set direction, assign ownership, coach practitioners, review work, and address performance issues.
• Lead the client day to day: Build trusted relationships, run effective meetings, and manage client expectations.
