Kx Advisors seeks an Engagement Lead to manage a single engagement at a time, set schedules, guide consultants, and interact directly with clients. You will coach teams and contribute to client presentations and deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with senior executives across healthcare clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and advancing business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strategy consulting or market research or related project work.
• BA/BS in Science, Health, or Business from a top university.
• Master’s degree preferred (D. or equivalent).
• Healthcare experience in consulting or pharma/medical devices is a plus.
• Strong research, synthesis, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading workstreams and engaging senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage one engagement from start to finish, set schedules, guide team members, and interact with clients.
• Lead small project teams, coach members, and prepare client documentation.
• Support business development by delivering high-quality work and maintaining client relationships.
• Serve as a strategy partner to clients and firm leadership.
• Act as a key contact between the team, firm leadership, and clients.
