Kx Advisors, a BGBx Consulting Team, is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President with a strong track record of leadership in business development, client growth, and firm strategy to drive continued success and innovation across the practice. Kx Advisors provides strategic support to executives at leading Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies.

This SVP role offers a senior leadership opportunity with an accelerated path to Partner, leveraging deep healthcare expertise to guide client

Qualifications

10–15+ years in healthcare consulting with client development and leadership experience.
Proven track record of leading multiple teams on high-value engagements.
BA/BS from a top-tier university; MBA/ MPH/ PhD preferred.
Executive-level presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide strategy, delivery, and firm leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth initiatives and business development across the practice areas.
Expand relationships with existing clients and identify new commercial opportunities.
Guide project delivery across multiple workstreams leveraging deep subject-matter expertise.
Shape service offerings, operations, and talent strategy for the firm.
Champion thought leadership and differentiate Kx Advisors in healthcare strategy.
Mentor VPs, Managers, and Consultants across the firm.
Oversee project profitability, team utilization, and client satisfaction at the practice level.
