Job summary

Kx Advisors, a BGBx Consulting team, is hiring an Associate Consultant to mentor small teams and actively support client engagements. You will apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to distill research into strategic recommendations and develop clinical and commercial assessments.

You will monitor clinical, regulatory, and competitive landscapes and collaborate with project teams while receiving mentorship from seasoned consultants and leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD/MBA/BA/BS/MS with 1–3 years life sciences strategy consulting or biopharma experience.
• Synthesize complex scientific or business information from research and data analysis.
• Lead research projects or small teams; present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate in cross-functional settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and curious.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach small Associate Consultant teams throughout engagements.
• Lead client meetings portions depending on project needs.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analyses to distill insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop clinical and commercial assessments from primary and secondary research.
• Monitor regulatory, clinical, and competitive landscapes and literature.
• Deliver clear client deliverables communicating complex insights to executives.
• Collaborate with project teams with mentorship from senior staff.
