Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences seeks an Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics engagements within our Commercial Analytics team. You will serve as the primary client contact and guide teams in solving complex commercial business challenges across the product lifecycle.

You will manage end-to-end project execution, translate client needs into analytical approaches, and oversee deliverables from design to executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred in quantitative/ business field.
• 6–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, consulting, or related life sciences roles.
• Strong experience in sales analytics, field team planning, incentive compensation design, or brand analytics.
• Experience with life sciences datasets (claims, sales, call activity, patient-level data) required.
• Prior experience managing projects and leading teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client lead on commercial analytics engagements, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.
• Translate client questions into structured analytical approaches across field team strategy, incentive compensation, and brand analytics.
• Oversee design and execution of analyses, including sales team sizing, segmentation, targeting, performance reporting, and IC plan design.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and insight-driven deliverables, including executive-ready presentations and tools.
• Manage project plans, timelines, workstreams, and stakeholder coordination across multiple engagements.
