Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 4-7 years of life sciences analytics/consulting experience.
• Experience with commercial pharma datasets and analytics applications is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as day-to-day client contact for analytics engagements and ensures high-quality deliverables.
• Translates client questions into practical analytics and AI-driven approaches across forecasting and analytics.
• Manages project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and solution hand-offs.
• Identifies opportunities to expand existing engagements and supports proposals.
• Oversees junior team members and develops internal best practices.
