Job summary

LSI seeks a Senior Government Logistics Engagement Advisor to support its presence within the Wright-Patterson AFB community. The role focuses on advising, connecting, and facilitating engagement with Air Force SPOs, AFRL, and related supply chain entities.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Air Force acquisition environment, an established network, and the ability to navigate formal and informal processes while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience with Wright-Patterson AFB and related Air Force organisations
• Familiarity with SPOs, AFRL, and Air Force supply chain
• Strong understanding of Air Force acquisition environments and depot-level operations
• Established network across relevant organizations
• Ability to navigate formal processes and informal dynamics
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills
• Must reside within 30 miles from Wright Patterson AFB

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across assigned organizations including SPOs, AFRL, supply chain, and supporting entities
• Provide insight into organizational structures, priorities, and decision-making processes
• Help LSI understand timing, expectations, and procedural considerations that influence engagement and execution
• Advise on effective communication and coordination pathways within the Wright-Patterson AFB environment
• Provide strategic perspective and operational context to LSI leadership and business development teams
• Contribute insight during planning discussions and proposal support efforts as needed
• Ensure LSI’s engagement approach reflects an informed understanding of the local operating environment
