You’ll own the candidate experience end-to-end, work with senior leaders, and provide market intelligence to sharpen Hut 8's competitive position in a fast-moving energy market.

Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting specialized roles in energy, power, or infrastructure.
• Ability to earn trust with senior leaders — you advise, not just report.
• Strong market knowledge of energy talent and where it resides.
• Deep understanding of the Energy Origination process and broader energy industry.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without losing urgency or attention to detail.
• Must be based in Miami, onsite five days a week.

• Build and maintain a live pipeline of energy professionals through conferences, associations, and direct outreach.
• Develop a working knowledge of energy, power and infrastructure markets to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end, from first contact through offer, with speed and transparency.
• Track and share market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
