Job summary

Prologis in New York is seeking a Procurement Manager, Energy Solutions to lead sourcing programs across energy and real estate projects, including EPC, solar, storage, EV, and related services. You’ll translate portfolio demand into programs and drive supplier negotiations from definition through award and onboarding.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, energy infrastructure RFP experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience including negotiations.
• Experience with energy infrastructure categories (EPC, solar, BESS).
• Experience evaluating RFPs for energy contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for energy projects.
• Develop category strategies across energy assets by analyzing supply chains.
• Establish and maintain the Energy Solutions procurement engagement model.
• Take portfolio-wide view to optimize supplier base and leverage purchasing power.
• Monitor risks including cost volatility and supplier health; mitigate accordingly.
• Manage sourcing end-to-end: RFPs, evaluation, awards, onboarding, and execution.
