Job summary

Prologis seeks a strategic Procurement Manager, Energy Solutions to develop and own procurement programs for energy and real estate projects across the Americas. You will translate portfolio demand into sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and enable delivery teams from scope definition through award and execution.

The role spans solar, storage, EV/mobility, onsite generation, and related electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience with supplier management.
• Experience evaluating RFPs for energy-related contractors and long‑lead equipment.
• Experience in energy infrastructure categories (e.g., EPC, solar, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for equipment, construction, and service partners supporting energy projects, including terms related to performance, damages, warranties, payments, and delivery.
• Develop category strategies across energy assets by analyzing supply chains, costs, lead times, supplier capabilities and market conditions.
• Establish and maintain the Energy Solutions procurement engagement model across intake, ownership, decisions, expectations and coordination.
• Take a portfolio-wide view to aggregate demand, identify supplier synergies, standardize procurement approaches and strengthen purchasing leverage.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and supply-chain risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
• Manage sourcing initiatives end to end, including RFP execution, bid evaluation, vendor qualification, award decisions, onboarding and communications.
• Partner with suppliers, Finance, project teams and stakeholders to define requirements, manage inventory and support project needs.
