Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Procurement Manager for Energy Solutions in the Americas to develop and improve procurement programs supporting energy and real estate projects. The role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to create cost-effective sourcing strategies across solar, storage, EV and onsite generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with EPC contracts, long-lead equipment, and supplier performance improvements, and can navigate policy changes impacting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement and sourcing
• Experience conducting and evaluating RFPs for energy-related contractors or suppliers
• Experience in energy infrastructure categories such as EPC services, solar, or electrical infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for energy projects including terms related to warranties, delays, payment, and service obligations
• Develop category strategies across energy assets by analyzing supply chains, costs, lead times, and supplier capabilities
• Establish and maintain the Energy Solutions procurement engagement model and coordination across active sourcing needs
• Aggregate demand, identify supplier synergies, standardize procurement approaches, and strengthen purchasing leverage
• Monitor market, regulatory, and supply-chain risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies
• Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFP execution, vendor qualification, and award decisions
• Collaborate with Finance and project teams to manage inventory and delivery for bulk equipment
