Job summary

We Energies is seeking an Energy Services Consultant to proactively respond to the sales and service needs of large commercial, industrial, and municipal WE customers in Wisconsin. The role focuses on demand-side management, outages, power quality, new services, outdoor lighting, rewires, and billing inquiries to maximize business opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with major customers, discussing their needs, responding to requests for outages and rate evaluations,

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent education) in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license and meet the company's driving requirements.
• Some locations require DOT drug and alcohol testing (Part 199).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large commercial, industrial & municipal customers and developers.
• Contact and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to discuss needs and service concerns.
• Respond to outages, rate evaluations, bill inquiries and service functions.
• Investigate methods to improve system reliability.
• Analyze customer loads to determine proper rate applications and prepare line extension contracts.
• Coordinate installation with internal and external resources.
• Handle follow-up with customer concerns and work with solar accounts.
• Promote energy conservation and energy efficiency programs.
