Job summary

Enchanted Rock Management LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support day-to-day Procurement and Supply Chain activities. You will issue PO's, confirm deliveries, and assist with RFQ processes, sourcing equipment rentals, and related services.

The role requires strong communication, PO accuracy, and collaboration with the Procurement Manager and accounting to resolve issues. Equal opportunity employer, benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure PO accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in a standard office setting.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Maintain PO data in ERP System.
• Coordinate with assigned departments regarding purchase orders.
• Work closely with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Report supplier and customer issues.
• Work with Procurement Manager to ensure timely processing of requisitions.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Confirm delivery with proper documentation.
• Additional responsibilities may be added by management.
