Job summary

ERock is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities. You will issue purchase orders, confirm deliveries, and assist RFQ processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Keen attention to detail to ensure purchase order accuracy.
• Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Maintain PO data in ERP System.
• Maintain high degree of communication and coordination with assigned departments regarding purchase orders.
• Work closely with accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
• Report supplier and customer issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement Manager to ensure timely processing of requisitions.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation to confirm delivery.
