Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a senior professional to guide strategy and execution for Energy Supply E&C capital management infrastructure. You will lead policy, training, and process improvements across the fleet, coordinating with directors and project staff to ensure value and alignment with company processes.

Must drive consistency in project reporting and compliance with FERC/NERC. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and strategic thinking to advance capital projects totaling over $2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years combined education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, process review, re-engineering and analytics.
• Understanding of power generation, construction/plant operation or equivalent.
• Formal project management methodology design and management training required; contract development and commercial experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Energy Supply project management methodology and reporting processes.
• Drive standardization and continuous process improvement across Energy Supply.
• Oversee annual Engineering & Construction training program and budget.
• Manage curriculum development, training delivery and evaluation across the fleet.
• Research trends in training technology and integrate learning solutions with business processes.
• Provide leadership as a subject matter expert in training policies and technical writing.
