Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Manager of Energy Acquisition Analysts in Oak Brook, IL, operating in a hybrid model. You will supervise and train the department, overseeing power procurement and load forecasting within the PJM market to support retail energy delivery.

Responsibilities include leading procurement processes, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Regulatory, and IT. Strong leadership, problem solving, and PJM knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with wholesale marketplace, OATTs and PJM business rules; knowledge of restructured retail marketplace helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and train department members on procurement processes and systems.
• Manage processes and systems used to procure power and allocate load serving responsibilities in PJM.
• Oversee design, testing, implementation, documentation and SOX-compliant daily controls.
• Represent Energy Acquisition on cross-functional teams for procurement strategies and market changes.
• Provide coverage during storms or energy delivery emergencies.
