Job summary

FTI is seeking an experienced Faith Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager to generate new business, network, and maintain customer relationships in the Texas area. The role plans construction projects, oversees progress, and ensures timely, cost-effective execution with the project superintendent and team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing construction or 5 years in Renewable Energy with 1 year in estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related Engineering is required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Commercial Construction.
• Experience in Renewable Energy market and construction estimating is a plus.
• On-site construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Closeout phases of projects.
• Responsible for quality assurance processes are implemented and followed.
• Promote safety culture through all phases of the project.
• Develop turn-key project schedules and coordinate field sequencing.
