Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in client development and service delivery.
• At least 5 years in a country or regional account leadership role.
• Located in the greater Houston area with willingness to travel to ExxonMobil offices and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis’ primary relationship manager for ExxonMobil, expanding and diversifying service offerings.
• Develop and implement the account strategy in the U.S. and drive profitable organic growth.
• Lead the account team to grow Arcadis’ share of client business and ensure profitable project delivery.
