Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Strategic Enablement Operations Manager in Clearwater, FL to serve as the operational backbone of Digital Enablement, translating enablement strategy into coordinated execution, adoption, and business impact.

You'll own the operating system that connects planning, delivery, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across Digital Enablement initiatives, leading programs, learning operations, measurements, and governance with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the integrated enablement delivery roadmap across business units.
• Coordinate curriculum launches and drive adoption milestones.
• Manage dependencies across Digital Enablement, HR, IT, AI, and leaders.
• Maintain project and governance materials, risk plans, and launch-readiness views.
• Provide visibility and facilitate program reviews, readiness assessments, and stakeholder updates.
• Own operating processes for curriculum deployment and learner journeys.
