Responsibilities

• Lead program and portfolio management, including roadmap, milestones, and governance materials.
• Own learning operations processes: schedules, cohorts, enrollment, certification Tracking and reinforcement activities.
• Maintain enablement scorecards and executive reporting; track adoption, proficiency, and business impact.
• Coordinate stakeholder governance reviews and ensure clear ownership, milestones, and decision rights.
• Drive adoption and change management activities; align training with hands-on application and digital workflows.
• Implement repeatable operating rhythms and pursue continuous process improvement.
