Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product management teams (min 7 years) and managing 10+ staff.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Thorough understanding of business processes and strategy development.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving market.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and coaching abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, priorities and strategies for Advanced Solutions aimed at profitable growth and working capital optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Managers and Product Managers to design and implement plans aligning with vendor and company goals.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure clear expectations with partners.
• Stay updated on market information and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics including market share, profitability, inventory, and KPIs.
• Align plans with internal sales teams and regional units to optimize product portfolios.
• Represent the company at events and conferences for Advanced Solutions products.
• Ensure compliance with all legal rules and company guidelines.
