HeartFlow is seeking a Manager, Commercial Enablement & Strategy in San Francisco, CA. This role bridges commercial leadership, field teams, and corporate functions to drive adoption of the HeartFlow platform, especially Plaque Analysis and FFRCT Analysis.

You will own the enablement roadmap, build playbooks and tools, and partner with Marketing, Medical Education, Revenue Operations, and Finance to optimize coverage, resources, and field execution.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, sales or commercial enablement, commercial operations or excellence, market development, product marketing, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with customer-facing commercial teams.
• Experience with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and commercial analytics.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, diagnostics, digital health, or healthcare technology is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own market strategy and segmentation to drive physician adoption and demand.
• Build commercial playbooks, account plans, value materials, and resources.
• Own enablement roadmap for new products, features, and indications.
• Conduct targeted field visits to validate strategies and gather feedback.
• Drive CRM evolution and analytics to support TAM execution and growth.
• Partner with Revenue Operations on KPI development and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing and contracting frameworks.
