Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required). MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 8+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with NetSuite/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own operating & capital budget activities across the company.
• Maintain integrated financial models: rolling forecasts, LRP, margin projections.
• Build scenario analyses and translate headcount, vendor spend into forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to enable data-driven decisions.
