HeartFlow is seeking a product management professional to own a customer-facing area of the platform, shaping how hospitals and clinicians adopt the HeartFlow workflow within their CCTA programs.

You will balance customer insight, business judgment, and technical curiosity to define what to build, partnering with senior product leaders for scalable growth. On-site in San Francisco or Rohnert Park with travel about 20%.

Competenze

• MBA completed or to be completed before start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5–7 years professional experience before or during MBA (product mgmt, engineering, consulting, healthcare, medical devices).
• MBA internship or SaMD experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
• Role is on site in San Francisco, CA or Rohnert Park, CA.

Mansioni

• Drive customer discovery with cardiologists, radiologists, and health-system admins.
• Define how HeartFlow fits into clinical and IT environments (EMR, PACS, reporting).
• Write user needs, use cases, and functional requirements; lead design reviews.
• Build business case for features; prioritize roadmap with leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering on implementation and trade-offs.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Education for launches and adoption.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; assess impact on safety and privacy.
• Provide data-backed progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
