Job summary

The College of Computing & Artificial Intelligence at the University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven Corporate Relations Manager – Employer Relations & Experiential Learning.

Reporting to the Business Engagement Director, this role develops and manages employer partnerships that expand student career opportunities, experiential learning, and corporate investment across foundational programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate relations, business development, employer engagement, or partnership management.
• Ability to cultivate corporate relationships and secure financial commitments through sponsorships or fundraising.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs staff implementation of new and existing business outreach events, programs, communications, and research activities.
• Monitors portfolio activity and market share and disseminates updates to leadership and appropriate entities.
• Evaluates existing strategies and recommends program enhancements to unit leadership.
• Assists with implementing the unit resource allocation plan including hiring, training, supervision, and issue resolution.
• Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit policies and procedures.
