Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with employer engagement and career services is desirable.
• CRM or career-management platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employer engagement programs including recruiting events and Career Readiness initiatives.
• Administer CareerLink (12twenty): manage employer accounts, access, communications, and data integrity.
• Develop partnerships with employers, alumni, and campus units to expand engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and support for events and initiatives.
• Gather and analyze engagement data to inform improvements and strategy.
