Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Cockrell School of Engineering seeks an ECAC Employer Engagement Senior Manager on UT Main Campus to expand student and alumni career opportunities through industry partnerships, early career recruitment, and targeted outreach.

You will lead a team, coordinate events, advise partners on ethical recruitment, and collaborate with university offices to align programs with campus priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven large-scale event planning abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with career management platforms and/or ATS.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; strong judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Attend conferences and professional development meetings to build recruiting connections.
• Collaborate on employer-led events with emphasis on customer service.
• Communicate recruiting guidelines to ensure ECAC standards.
• Design and implement outreach campaigns to identify new employers.
• Direct ECAC-led and co-led career fairs serving 300+ employers and 3000+ students.
• Oversee collection and tracking of engagement data.
• Represent ECAC and Cockrell School at events and meetings.
• Serve as liaison between employer partners and UT offices.
• Supervise and support employer relations team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
