Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an HR Generalist role or 2 years in Employee Relations/HRBP.
• Experience handling complex ER matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to balance stakeholder interests with fairness and equity.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal on escalated issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Coaching and mentoring managers to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret ER metrics and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Address employee concerns and manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolutions.
• Coach managers on performance expectations and development plans; support offboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and policies.
• Partner with Legal and People Partners to assess risk and actions on escalated cases.
• Navigate high-stakes employee situations balancing experience with risk.
• Document ER cases thoroughly and defensibly, ensuring consistency.
• Identify patterns across cases to surface systemic risks to leadership.
