The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is seeking a seasoned People Relations Partner to shape the employee experience across the organization. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding policy questions, complex employee matters, and strategic HR initiatives with empathy and data-driven judgment.

You will lead initiatives that align with our broader business strategy, coach leaders across functions, and champion inclusive practices while working onsite with a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Competenze

• Demonstrated expertise and a strong track record as an Employee Relations Partner or Specialist, with deep experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Background as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with employee relations as a significant part of the role.

• Partner with employees and people leaders on routine policy questions to sensitive, complex employee matters.
• Proactively identify pain points and develop solutions for a workplace where everyone thrives.
