You will coach leaders through performance issues, leaves, and complex conversations with empathy, shaping culture and strategy across the Fed system. You will lead HR projects aligned with our mission, influence policies, and champion inclusive practices while

Competenze

Experience as Employee Relations Partner or Specialist with complex employee relations cases.
Background as HRBP or HR Generalist with employee relations focus.
Ability to coach and influence at operational and strategic levels.
Comfort operating independently with minimal supervision.
