You will partner with Legal and People Partners to resolve cases, drive performance enablement and risk mitigation, while maintaining thorough, legally defensible documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in HR Generalist or 2+ years in Employee Relations/HRBP.
  • Experience handling complex ER matters with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests with fairness.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Legal teams on escalated issues.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret ER metrics and provide insights.

Responsibilities

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts with investigations and action plans.
  • Coach managers on performance expectations and feedback; support offboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR regulations knowledge and policy adherence.
  • Partner with Legal and People Partners to assess risk and decide courses of action.
  • Navigate high-stakes employee situations balancing experience, risk, and business needs.
  • Maintain legally defensible documentation across ER cases.
  • Identify patterns across cases to surface systemic risks to leadership.
