Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with focus on employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations with thorough documentation.
• Working knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations & Investigations (45%): conduct impartial investigations and provide defensible recommendations.
• Manager Coaching & Performance Management (25%): improve performance processes, OKRs, and training for managers.
• Labor & Policy Relations (15%): ensure fair application of policies and represent HR in labor discussions.
• Culture, Innovation & Process Improvement (10%): advance HR tech and analytics for faster, fairer processes.
• Leadership & Partnership (5%): build trusted relationships across the organization.
