Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads highly sensitive workplace investigations with evidence gathering and objective reporting.
• Advises leaders on corrective action, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Partners with Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk Management and other departments on complex employment matters.
• Identifies trends from investigations and data to recommend systemic improvements to reduce risk.
• Maintains confidential employee relations records per legal and organizational requirements.
