Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to guide leaders and employees on workplace concerns, ensuring fair treatment under HR policies and applicable laws. The role supports investigations, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives while maintaining compliant records.

The position emphasizes collaboration with HR peers, conducting stay/exit interviews, and producing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3+ years of employee relations experience.
• Experience applying federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Consults with leaders to provide HR guidance consistent with policies and laws.
• Serves as point of contact for employee questions and workplace concerns.
• Assists with workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Partners with leaders on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conducts exit and stay interviews; summarizes findings and trends.
• Maintains accurate HR records and supports training program delivery.
