Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated employee relations experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Hands-on experience independently conducting and documenting complex workplace investigations.
• Proven track record consulting leadership on performance management, corrective action plans, and employee coaching.
• Direct experience managing ADA, pregnancy, and religious accommodation processes.
• Strong critical thinking, listening, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Windows-based PC and personal equipment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workplace investigations regarding harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations; document findings and recommend resolutions.
• Advise managers and leaders on performance management strategies, progressive discipline, corrective actions, and policy interpretations.
• Oversee and facilitate employee accommodation requests, including ADA, pregnancy, and religious accommodations.
• Serve as a core contact for labor relations inquiries, guiding managers through labor agreement guidelines and conflict resolution.
• Maintain detailed, confidential case files using HR Acuity and cross-reference data within Workday.
