Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager – Employee Benefits. This hybrid role places you as the single point of contact for a book of Group Health Insurance clients, owning the relationship and delivering proactive, consultative education and support to drive client satisfaction and retention.

You’ll coordinate with Product, Implementation, Payroll, and Sales, manage benefit renewals, enrollments, and carrier negotiations, and conduct virtual reviews to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related insurance experience.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
• College degree is not required; skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact and advocate.
• Manage group health portfolio and coordinate with ADP partners.
• Own client relationship and understand insurance needs.
• Provide proactive, personalized support and liaise with carriers.
• Renewals, benefits administration, and open enrollment activities.
• Conduct virtual reviews and recommend improvements.
• Maintain records of client interactions and plans.
• Drive client retention through regular touchpoints.
